Fireplace Sculpture

The work was designed for a contemporary home with a black granite fireplace. The forged and polychromed steel piece has hidden elements that when released reveal two fire place tools within its structure. Winner of the the 1996 ABANA International conference award for Best Functional Ironwork in the US 1996.
